Biography

With over 40 years’ experience as a registered nurse and vitality coach across three countries, Nen has cared for thousands of patients and discovered that true healing isn’t always high-tech or pills. Her own health struggles taught her the power of aligning with the body’s natural rhythms, which restores energy, focus, and resilience. Blending Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern, evidence-based practices, Nen now supports people to reclaim vitality through simple, practical self-care strategies that fit real life. Her mission is to reveal that healing begins when we listen to the body’s wisdom and nurture balance in mind, body, emotion, and spirit.

Professional Experience

My decades in healthcare in three countries gave me a front-row seat to human suffering—and inspired me to design services that not only improve the wellbeing of individuals but also support caregivers and professionals.

I serve with empathy, empowerment, and connection. Such examples that stay with me. A man who experienced severe emotional and behavioral changes due to complicated medical conditions, my guidance led to a profound transformation, reuniting him with his loved ones, whom his negative behavior had estranged.

A mother who went to the hospital monthly with severe nausea and vomiting. Through our work she was able to recognize the origins of the physical symptoms and make meaningful changes that prompted her and her family to live better, and she didn't need the hospital as an escape any more.

Now, I focus on guiding people who are physically and mentally drained—to feel energized, pain-free, and in control again—without sacrificing time with their family or burning out at work.

Approach to care

As a doctorate-prepared and advanced holistic nurse, I am passionate about empowering people to stay healthy and reclaim their vitality at any age. My approach is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and holistic health principles — caring for the body, mind, emotions, and spirit — so individuals can make confident choices that truly support their well-being. Throughout my 40+ years in nursing, I have witnessed the profound impact of compassionate, integrative care. One oncology patient once shared, “Nen is amazing; she showed me how to decrease my pain. I feel like I am surrounded by magic people.” Another family expressed deep gratitude after I sang with their mother, a simple act that promoted and sped up her recovery. These moments remind me in hospital: doctors treat disease, but nurses care for the whole person. My mission is to guide as many people as possible maintain their health, restore balance, and live vibrant, fulfilled lives.
